The Project

This new residential-only complex blends harmoniously into its surroundings thanks to its choice of materials, colors, and façade composition. The materials used for the exteriors—wood, stone, glass, and steel—are deeply rooted in local culture but reinterpreted with a contemporary approach through modern technologies.

The facades facing public streets feature verandas and terraces, including cantilevered structures, whose alternating patterns create an articulated architectural composition, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces.
